Based on analysis on properties of quantum linear superposition, to overcome the complexity of existing quantum associative memory which was proposed by Ventura, a new storage method for multiply patterns is proposed in this paper by constructing the quantum array with the binary decision diagrams. Also, the adoption of the nonlinear search algorithm increases the pattern recalling speed of this model which has multiply patterns to O( log22n -t ) = O( n - t )O( {\log_{2}}^{2^{n -t}} ) = O( n - t ) time complexity, where n is the number of quantum bit and t is the quantum information of the t quantum bit. Results of case analysis show that the associative neural network model proposed in this paper based on quantum learning is much better and optimized than other researchers’ counterparts both in terms of avoiding the additional qubits or extraordinary initial operators, storing pattern and improving the recalling speed.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduced a method to measure grain rotation of nanomaterials under external stress using a high pressure diamond anvil cell and the Laue microdiffraction technique at a synchrotron facility. We used tungsten carbide marker crystals to investigate grain rotation activities of 3 and 500?nm nickel media. Our results show that the grain rotation of 3 and 500?nm nickel nanocrystals increase with pressure and finally rotation of 500?nm nickel tends to stop at a lower pressure/stress level than 3?nm nickel. 3?nm nickel nanocrystals show a higher rotation magnitude than 500?nm nickel nanocrystals. Our measurements show an effective method to study the grain rotation of nanomaterials especially in ultrafine nanocrystals.  相似文献

With the development of single-molecule detection and super-resolution fluorescence imaging, rhodamine dyes gain new life. Through the modification of the N-substituents and the replacement of the oxygen atom in xanthene, the wavelength and brightness can be effectively changed. However, the spectra of rhodamine, especially due to the balance between ring-closed non-fluorescent lactone and ring-opened fluorescent zwitterion/cation, are sensitive to interference from various environmental factors. In this way, the spectral data of various rhodamines reported by different research groups under different test conditions lacked comparability, sometimes even lacked accuracy. In order to meet the requirements for the accuracy and uniformity of spectral data in the research of single molecule imaging and dye structure-fluorescence relationship study, we have tested the spectra of fifteen rhodamine dyes that cover the visible and near-infrared regions under exactly the same conditions. By studying the dependence of the spectra on dye concentrations, it was confirmed that 1 μmol/L was ideal for detection less from the interference of dye molecule aggregation. We provide comprehensive and reliable spectral data of these fifteen dyes, which are expected to be used as references for future research. And the direct comparison of different rhodamine spectra would help to understand the structure-fluorescence relationship of rhodamines.  相似文献

The ferromagnetic manganese doped TiN films were grown by plasma assisted molecular beam epitaxy on MgO(001) substrates. The nitrogen concentration and the ratio of manganese at Ti lattice sites increase after the plasma annealing post treatment. TiN(002) peak shifts toward low angle direction and TiN(111) peak disappears after the post treatment. The lattice expansion and peak shift are mainly ascribed to the reduction of nitrogen vacancies in films. The magnetism was suppressed in as-prepared sample due to the pinning effect of the nitrogen vacancies at defect sites or interface. The magnetism can be activated by the plasma implantation along with nitrogen vacancies reduce. The decrease of nitrogen vacancies leads to the enhancement of ferromagnetism.  相似文献

Inspired by the unique character of enzymes, we developed novel chiral SPO (secondary-phosphine-oxide) ligand (SPO-Wudaphos) which can enter into both ion pair and H-bond noncovalent interactions. The novel chiral SPO-Wudaphos exhibited excellent results in the asymmetric hydrogenation of α-methylene-γ-keto carboxylic acids, affording the chiral γ-keto acids with up to over 99 % ee. A series of control experiments and DFT calculations were conducted to illustrate the critical roles of both the ion pair and H-bond noncovalent interactions.  相似文献

Two types of novel fluorinated diimide‐diacid monomers—[2,2′‐(4,4′‐(3′‐methylbiphenyl‐2,5‐diyl)bis(oxy)bis(3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐4,1‐phenylene))bis(1,3‐dioxoisoindoline‐5‐carboxylic acid)] (III) and [2,2′‐(4,4′‐(3′‐(trifluoromethyl)biphenyl‐2,5‐diyl)bis(oxy)bis(3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐4,1‐phenylene))bis(1,3‐dioxoisoindoline‐5‐carboxylic acid)] (IV)—were respectively designed and prepared by the condensation of diamines I and II with two molar equivalents of trimellitic anhydride. From both diimide‐diacids, two series of novel poly(amide‐imide)s (PAIs) (IIIa–IIIe and IVa–IVe) bearing different pendant groups were prepared by direct polymerization with various aromatic diamines (a–e). All the PAIs had a high glass transition temperatures (Tgs, 232–265 °C), excellent thermal stability (exhibiting only 5% weight loss at 493–542 °C under nitrogen) and good solubility in various organic solvents due to the introduction of the bulky pendant groups. The cast films of these PAIs (80–90 μm) had good optical transparency (73–81% at 450 nm, 85–88% at 550 nm and 87–89% at 800 nm) and low dielectric constants (2.65–2.98 at 1 MHz). The spin‐coated films of these PAIs presented a minimum birefringence value as low as 0.0077–0.0143 at 650 nm and low optical absorption at the near‐infrared optical communication wavelengths of 1310 and 1550 nm. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
